A short, plain-English summary of how we handle information — useful for anyone doing due diligence before working with us on event favors or corporate gifting.
What we collect
- Details you submit through our inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and notes about your event (occasion, date, quantity, preferences).
- Standard, privacy-respecting web request information needed to serve and protect the site.
How it's used
- Solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a recommendation and quote.
- We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Sub-processors (by category)
We keep our stack lean and rely on established providers. In keeping with good practice, we describe them by category and certification rather than by name:
- Cloud hosting & content delivery — SOC 2 Type II certified.
- Transactional email delivery — SOC 2 Type II certified.

Compliance posture
- GDPR / privacy basics: minimal collection, clear purpose, and a deletion path (see Privacy).
- Payment data: none is collected on this site, so card-industry scope does not apply here.
- Encryption: HTTPS everywhere, with HSTS.
